RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be intentionally damaged and should be returned with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care products, we may not accept returns on opened or used items. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific order.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
